Terms of service
Effective date: 23 July 2026. These terms govern your use of the Print Ready plugin for Figma and the purchase of a Pro subscription. Using the plugin means you accept them.
The plugin is developed and sold by Pratik Patel ("we", "us"), reachable at pratikpatelpp802@gmail.com.
The free tier
The plugin's free features may be used for any personal or commercial work, for as long as you like, with no account. Everything you create with the plugin is yours - we claim no rights over your designs or exported files.

Purchases are processed by Dodo Payments as merchant of record; their buyer terms apply to the transaction itself (payment, invoicing, taxes).

Your key arrives by email and may be active on up to 3 devices at once. You can deactivate a device in the plugin to free a seat.

Cancel via the link in any Dodo Payments email. Pro remains active until the end of the paid period, then the plugin returns to the free tier. Your files, templates, and presets are unaffected.
Refunds
If Pro does not work as documented and we cannot fix it, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund the charge through Dodo Payments. Because the free tier includes a full preview of the Pro output, please evaluate before buying. Statutory refund rights in your country remain unaffected.
Fair use of license keys
Don't share, resell, or publish license keys, and don't circumvent the license check. We may deactivate keys involved in abuse (for example, a key activated across an implausible number of devices), with a refund where the abuse is ours to prove wrong.
Print-quality disclaimer
This one matters, so it is in plain words:
Print Ready converts colors with a device-CMYK approximation (maximum black generation, ink limit 300%), not an ICC-profiled conversion, and declares - but does not embed - the output intent you select. Screens cannot show exactly what ink on paper looks like. Always confirm a proof with your print shop before a production run. We are not responsible for the cost of misprints, reprints, color deviation, or any print-shop charges.
Warranty and liability
The plugin is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that it is error-free or fits a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of the plugin or these terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages (including lost profits, lost data, or print-production costs). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Intellectual property
The plugin, its code, and this documentation are our intellectual property. You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the plugin; you may not copy, modify, redistribute, or create derivative works of the plugin itself. Your designs and exports remain entirely yours.
Third-party services
Figma (the platform the plugin runs on) and Dodo Payments (checkout, billing, license keys) have their own terms; we are not responsible for their services. If Figma's platform rules and these terms conflict for plugin behavior inside Figma, Figma's rules win.
Changes and termination
We may update the plugin, its pricing for new purchases, or these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date and never apply retroactively to a period you have already paid for. You can stop using the plugin at any time. We may terminate access for breach of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat - without limiting any mandatory consumer protections of the country you live in.
